Description for A.D.P
The distribution of seats for male and female students has been determined separately, ten percent of the total seats have been reserved for female students. If the reserved seats for female students remain vacant, they will be filled by students on the basis of merit. Female students are also eligible for admission on open merit.
Merit Policy
As per Government letter SO(A-I) 84.6-7 (P) dated 14/7/98, the merit policy will be as follows:
Open Merit 96% Disability: 2% Sports: 2%
Eligibility
Admission to A.D.P 1st year will be based on merit. Who have passed any of the following examinations in the recent annual or previous immediate supplementary examination from a recognized Higher Secondary Board or Board of Technical Education.
(a) D.Com/D.B.A/I.Com (b) F.Sc/I.C.S
(c) Passed in F.A (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) with any two subjects.
Age
Maximum age of candidate should be 22 years at the time of admission. The duration of passing the Note Matric examination and D.Com, D.B.A, I.Com, F.Sc, I.C.S and F.A examination should be maximum four years. If the gap exceeds four years, he will not be admitted.
A.D.P Part-II
Admission to A.D.P Part – II will be based on merit/merit and better conduct in previous class. And the institute will be awarded only to those students who have cleared the A.D.P Part-I examination.
Note: – The institution will conduct the admission in this A.D.P Part – I to Part – II as per the approved rules and regulations of their respective University.
The general rules and conditions mentioned in the prospectus of D.Com Part-I, Part-II will be equally applicable to the students of A.D.P. Then the procedure for admission to certain seats, fee waiver, rules for payment and deduction of scholarships, refund of security fund, college council, making application, leave rules, procedure for application for fee waiver, aid books, railway concession. , fine, special fines and penalties and penalty, identity card, standard of academic performance, contact with parents and its importance, parents’ association, method of issuing certificates, co-curricular activities, special circles, play, study hall, rules for issuing Books, Book Bank, Instruction for Students, Migration, Hostel will be equally applicable for the students of A.D.P.
University Examinations
According to the university calendar, it is necessary for every student to have at least 80% attendance in each subject at the time of examinations, satisfactory performance in monthly and quarterly examinations, apart from good conduct during studies. They may appear for compartment subjects and A.D.P 2nd year examination simultaneously or as per the decision of their respective university.
